Jon Snow- Painting

Finaly done! been working on this for quite some time now

I tried to make a very detailed image... and it turned out okay.. the hair of course was my main focus.. though it did not end up very photorealistic (the hair), i'm still quite happy with the style... and the white snow over a black background
... maybe having some light on his hair on the left side too would help... it's very dark compared to the fur-thingy.. hmmm..

Long hair + snow: :S ok..
Long hair + snow + fur coat-thingy: okaay..
Long hair + snow + fur coat-thingy + wind: ABORT!

x) oh well.. i would like to point out that if you look closely, even at the areas that seems complete black, there are strands of hair there, every single one individually drawn...
I was drawing his hair in a much lighter tone in the beginning.. but later on i thought it was a bit too bright, so i made it darker with an adjustment layer... but I think you're still able to at least some details in the dark parts x)
